Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Full-time, Israel

Pulse, the AI SRE for Elasticsearch & OpenSearch, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR). We're open to junior or entry-level candidates who can demonstrate potential, or early-career SDRs/BDRs with 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, SaaS, or technical markets. We're growing fast - and we're looking for a driven, curious, and creative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our pipeline and partnerships worldwide.

The Role 'Your mission is to find, engage, and qualify new opportunities for Pulse - including customers who could benefit from our AI-driven monitoring and managed support, as well as potential partners in the AWS ecosystem and consulting firms. This role blends research, outreach, and relationship-building. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales leaders to identify the right audiences, craft personalized outreach, and set meetings that turn into meaningful partnerships and deals.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers (VPs of Platform, SREs, DevOps leaders, etc.).
  • Run personalized outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Build relationships with cloud, consultancies, and ecosystem players.
  • Track and manage activities in CRM tools and outbound automation platforms.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on campaign performance and market insights.

Who You Are

We're open to junior or entry-level candidates who can demonstrate potential, or early-career SDRs/BDRs with 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, SaaS, or technical markets.

Job requirements:

  • Native English based in Israel
  • Understand technology and can easily learn and talk about state of the art technologies
  • Proactive, organized, methodological
  • Can easily create relationships, likable
  • Like to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment
  • Can easily manage a large number of outreach and logging them into a CRM
  • Have an interest in cloud, DevOps, or data infrastructure
